OMG.
screwed myself totally for SSM.
mr sim called my name, and i went ito the test room.
my mind was a total blank.
he asked me questions abt the menu, i answered crap.
for order taking, i wrote crap.
seriously i was tensed like mad and was on the verge of tears alr.
i wanted to just die like ON THE SPOT.
setting cutlery - i took BUTTER KNVES for salads.
someone just drown me in the canal, PLEASE.
i think my marks like minus until cannot minus alr pls.
during wine service, i was damn nervous.
jungang said he saw me trembling >.<
SSM REALLY SUCKS AH.
this is like my worst day pls.

operations was alright.
i was assigned to the ULTRA LONG TABLE OF 28 PAX.
best.
and the guests were mostly JAPANESE students ans teachers on some exchange program.
it sucks okay.

then serving them was alright, but clearing was a little weird.

but they dont understand, so you stand there like a fool -.-

anyways, while we were waiting for the debrief..
all of us just sat around chatting..

and the 3 hours tutorial is MAJOR SIAN-ESS.
