yesterday afternoon,
i was serving a japanese tourist.
he had some trouble speaking english,
so i took quite some time to understand what he was saying.
in the end, i managed to help him find the place.
after dinner when i came back,
i was standing around the SVC,
nothing much to do.
while i was writing on my paper,
he came in and put this big shopping bag in front of me.
i thought he was angry and wanted to scold me!
i thought i found the wrong place for him lah.
but then in the end,
he dug in the bag and took out this HELLO KITTY,
and gave it to me!
OHMY,
that's quite sweet isn't it?
he went shopping and came back specially to give me this!
then he hurriedly walked out and waved to me from outside.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.
although i'm not a big hello kitty fan,
but i was super shocked and touched!
i swear i almost wanted to cry!
really!
it was a really weird and heart-warming feeling (:
SO SWEET LUH SERIOUSLY.
at first i didnt want to take it,
i left it there on the table and smiled,
and he kept pushing it to me.
if i don't take it like very rude?
i was afraid there's a "CANNOT ACCEPT TOURISTS' GIFTS" policy or what.
aiyoh i don't know!
but i'm super touched like crazy.
this is like 10000 times better than those crappy feedback forms.
it's really them saying thank you :D
