not i want to say,
BUT I AM SUPER TALENTED!
a few days ago,
i was working night shift with cherlyn.
we were bored at night,
so i started searching for baking recipes.
but what to bake?
then i finally decided,
since i love apple crumble so much,
might as well learn how to make it! :D
so i found a recipe,
printed it out,
and cos it's my off day today,
i decided to bake! :D
THANKS NAI for helping me buy the ingredients (:
the recipe!
and some hand-written notes.
cos the recipe didnt include the base,
so i went to anyhow search for one and combined it!
making the pie crust!
turned out to be not bad know!
then mixed the apples, white and brown sugar, and cinnamon powder!
making the crymbs was fun!
it was just butter and flour, VERY EASY!
surprisingly, the whole thing was not as difficult as i thought it would be! :D
filling the pre-baked pie crust,
adding the crumble on top!
popped it in the oven,
after 45 minutes,
WUHOO SUCCESSFUL LIKE MAD!
the apple juice oozing out already!
i really want to let you all smell the AROMA,
but cannot upload.
omg drooling already right.
initially, i was worried that my pie crust would suck.
and the apples would be too cooked.
luckily i didnt cook it first.
i just chopped it and baked straight away.
it turned out just nice! :D
i am super proud of myself lah seriously!
add a scoop of vanilla ice cream and TADAH!
shiok like mad.
they all love it!
am going to bake somemore to let cherlyn try too! (:
